01 CLK55 AMG, 2011 Honda Accord (for the wife) 97 Suburban (for the camp trailer), 97 SL600 (for me)
Flaky Grill
The paint on my grill is flaking! 2001 CLK55. I wonder if buying a new grill would end up being cheaper than sanding, taping and repainting. Anyone else have problems with flaky grills?

Your comment was funny! I have found out that the grill comes in two sections and that the chrome can be separated from the black part so it can be easily painted without taping. Sounds like a fall evening's job to me.

The Chrome pieces slide out,from the middle.I have taken mine out and didn't even put them back.Looks good!
