Did you have to buy any other parts or did you just buy the calipers and throw them on? How do you like them? I saw that BS calipers are actually a little cheaper than the AMG 55 calipers on parts.com... would those work also?
I just bought some rotors and brake pads for my ride, would I be able to reuse them?

I'm not sure why the BS calipers are cheaper...I thought they were the same as on the 55/63. could be wrong.
but yeah it should all be plug and play.

Sounds good. Did you install yourself? I'm no mechanic, but did you have to drain your brake lines and all the jazz. How long did it take to complete fronts and rears?

PEOPLE! CLK63 Black series calipers will not work on w203 or w209 or R171!
They use different spindles therefore the rotor will not fit, the caliper does not work on the knuckle. If you want 63 brakes get them for the standard 63 car not the black series
I don't want to sound like a dick! but i will, its not right to make assumptions that can leave someone out of pocket! If you dont know dont comment!

Does 8 pistons AMG from W211/CLS/S will fit? problem will be the rotors or not?
I'm also looking to buy the CLK63 brakes, and I can get the calipers for a good price, problem is the rotors, to expensive!
Can we get the rotors from anywhere else and not from dealer? Brembo ones maybe?
I talked to steve to try organize a group buy for these brakes, but he don't have them in stock, only the S600 ones!
