Free tour of the Mercedes-Benz Classic Center Saturday the 23rd
The Los Angeles and Orange County Sections of the Mercedes-Benz Club of America have an event coming up. On Saturday, October 23rd, we’re going to Irvine Cars and Coffee and then we’re getting a private tour of the Mercedes-Benz Classic Center. It's all free. If you’re not a member, you can go anyway.
If you want to show your car, you'll have to be at Cars and Coffee at 6:30 AM. Those who are coming to look will arrive between 7:30 and 8:00. At 9:00 AM we will head over to the Classic Center.
The Classic Center tour will begin at 10 AM, and continue until noon. Guests may bring a camera. Also, many parts are marked down for clearance, but you will have to show your MBCA membership card for parts discounts. Here’s a link to a site with details. Addresses, maps, times . . . it's all at the website. Please e-mail Tina Wright to RSVP. Her email addy is Tina.Wright@la-mbca.com

For those who couldn't make it . . . . . .
Yes, those are real, 582 HP, CLK DTM AMGs. One coupe, one cab.
Or as they said on a Seinfeld episode, "they're real, and they're spectacular" and yes, Seinfeld's six liter, wide bodied W210 is still there.
Photos from the event can be seen here, here, and here.
