300E a couple 1994 w124wagon E320 Wagon/,1971MGB Track/Rally, MG Midget Autocross ,2000 E320 wagon.
Can't find it in

the EPC nor are they in stock at a place i use for injectors.
You might call a Mb parts dept and ask if the part numbers are the same.
Why not have them rebuilt? Most big cities have injector shops.

Called mb; the pn do not match but that doesn't mean much. Mb has the worst part numbering systems I've ever seen. I can pull a pn straight off a part and it not be in the system.

It's a not-so-clever design to discourage people from re-using parts. I just need to know if the flow rates are the same or not so I can decide whether to stockpile the Injectors(off of a used intake Assy I bought) or sell them cheap.

When you called the dealer, what part number did you give them? A 780249 or a 780349? Or was it something else?

Also, some times the parts clerk will give callers standard answers because they don't want to deal with people who they feel are simply calling for info. This isn't limited to MB. I know of one SoCal Porsche dealer who refused to cross reference parts unless you were buying them from him.

The Injectors are 0280156016. Have no idea what the pn on my car. I just need to know the flow rates in lb/hr(or kg/hr) between the sl500 and the clk 55. If they are the same then no problem if not well I know the large sensor on the front is the same as mine. I'm sure the rail is the same in the highly u likely event I need to replace it.

  • The fuel injector for a 2001-2002 CLK55 is Mercedes-Benz part number 1130780149.
  • The fuel injector for a 2003-2006 CLK55 is Mercedes-Benz part number 1130780349 (the dealer will show it as the same part used in a 2001-2006 CL55, which is boosted).
  • The fuel injector for a 2003-2006 SL500 is Mercedes-Benz part number 1130780249.
BTW, I think I know why you're having so much trouble with your dealer and part numbers.

0280156016 is a BOSCH part number, not a Mercedes-Benz part number. Bosch builds the parts, but they use a very different numbering system. The Bosch number you listed is for a 14.5 ohm injector that flows 206 cc’s per minute at 3 bar (19.619 lbs/hr). Why do I know so much about those particular injectors? Those are the stock injectors for my CLK430.

The stock CLK55 injector is a Bosch part number 0280156075. I have no idea what it flows. I have never seen an AMG spec Bosch injector on a Bosch injector spec sheet.

hey, i appreciate it. im betting that these injectors are not sufficient for my engine so now i know what to do with them. Sell them cheap. u think i can get $100 for the injectors and rail? i think if someone uses one of them they would have paid for themselves.
