Can drive my car in desperate need of help!
i changed my oil about two weeks ago drained the oil from the bottom of car only two quarts of oil came out from the pan so i put about 7 quarts in.....basically i messed up started the car and drove around the block then it started not catching any gears...sounded like something was pulling it back...i removed all of the oil from the motor ( 13.5qt) with a pump and put new oil in the car but now it doesnt want to go in any gears and a check engine light came on and threw P0700 code and P0300 something about a transmission and turbine speed input...if anyone can help it would be much appreciated this is my first car and i dont want to junk it..

A P07xx can point to a bad speed sensor or an issue with the plate that holds the sensors (there is more than one sensor on the plate). The plate and sensors are "in" the transmission. Not “on”, but “in”. To get to it, you drop the transmission pan, remove the filter, remove the valve body, extract the plate that holds the input and output sensors, and then with the plate on the workbench it can be repaired (there is a kit to replace the electrical contacts, or a sensor could be bad, or something else).
I have some degree of background in cars and I personally wouldn't do the job if the dealer charged twice their going rate (although I might pay Sun Valley instead). I don't want you to take this the wrong way, but "I think" if the oil change overwhelmed you, you may wish to consider staying away from attempting a DIY transmission fix. You may want to have it towed to the nearest dealer.

try resetting the computer.....unplug the battery for 10-30 seconds....do not close the trunk and reconnect it....if problem persist. go to dealer....when it is stuck in first gear the ecu has it in "limp" mode.
