The ABS system incorporates the proportioning valve which applies the rear brakes first.
for custom applications such as this or aftermarket racing braking systems.

An aftermarket adjustable in cabin proportioning valve is recommended. The adjustment helps balance braking loads per wheel and the vehicles natural center of gravity.

It helps the driver determine traffic stop n go and mountain carving drive characteristics.
When using upgraded MB or AMG brakes, follow suit with applicable master cylinders as well, Check ABS hydraulic modules difference.

VIP320 is a great designer creator and brings a lot of new and innovative ideas to the forum that makes these cars funner. Lets think it safe though.

Cheers, Gator

Also what made you choose the more expensive metal? Why not go with a good steel or billet? More of a curiosity on that.
As for the metal I chose aluminum with T6 grade because it is heat treated and extremely strong and light. As for the Drawing, it's not a cad drawing its a different software and it wouldn't be fair to my friend who spent hours on designing and measuring and also paying for the CMM machine time. If anyone wants it they can pay for the brackets and he will gladly make them.

T6 seems like a pretty good (but pricey) choice as it has similar melting point to the type of steel we would expect to see for a similar application, yet quite a bit lighter. Nicely done. I wish I had the money for a similar setup.

C55 big brake upgrade help

I recently bought a set of C63 calipers, front and rears from eBay. I thought they would have fit on my 2005 C55, but I was mistaken. The shop that I took it took is not that savy with BBK upgrades and has never done it on a MB. Before I return them can someone help me and tell me if they can work with custom brackets or different spindles??? I have a day or two to return them If I want my money back.
