2003 Mercedes clk55 AMG
Front bumper!
Hey guys
the previous owner has put a aftermarket front bumper on my car.its been bugging the hell outta me all this time as it doesnt seem like a perfect fit.spacing between the lights and the bumper on each side is different too.a side clip that holds the fender and bumper has broken off too.i want to remove and fix it back up properly.does anyone have images or any experience on this matter?is it a one man job?

i dont think you would really want it.bottom is cracked so needs repair.and whoile bumper needs a paint job to look good.ill attach some pics though.i think this looks just like the stock amg bumper?

It looks like AMG bumper to me... If I were you, I would take to a good bodyshop to repaint and re-install. Over here is about $400 paint and installation. Unless u want to upgrade 63 bumper.

im not too worried about the paint.its just that the fitting is not straight.thats what bothers me the most.is it a hard job to refit it myself?

Is it urethane or fiberglass? I might still be up for a heads up trade. We each cover our own shipping.

Nevermind. I just realized you have a w209. I wish I could find that style bumper for a w208.
