Used W208 Kleemann V8 Headers
I have used set of Kleemann headers coming off my car. I had 3" v band collectors welded to the end but you can cut it off and weld it to stock exhaust like regular kleemann headers. I would recommend new bolts/nuts but will include the ones I have. Also welded a bung for wideband. Kleemann no longer makes these. Asking $800 obo

These were on my car when I ran 10.0 @ 138

This is an amazing deal!! guy on ebay wants 2800 for this set. If I didn't live in Ca I would be all over this!!!!!

Thanks I just paid near $4k for my new headers... These are no longer made by Kleemann so they will be hard to come by

great deal, I paid 2k for mine this year cause they are impossible to find. even sites that say they have them really don't! took car to PCA event and everyone loved sound of car!

How much work is required for install as far as fitment is concerned? Any pics?

Am willing to pay for shipping.

Also, are the downpipes included? I have to replace my cats as well and am going to go with 200-300 cell high flow magnaflows...

I will be honest, they are a pain to install. As far as fitment is concerned you need to cut and weld to your stock exhaust. I will take pics soon. Been very busy putting my new motor together and always forget to take pics.

Yes downpipes are included. These headers delete your primary cats btw.

Here are some pics I had uploaded from before but I will take better ones (down pipes aren't pictured here but are included)

Gotcha gotcha. I figured that the primaries would have to go, and since i just found out mine are dead, this could not be better timing for a full exhaust overhaul.

So what kind of tune is necessary to run w/o primaries in order not to throw the CEL? Or is there no way to get around that?

When you get around to it, pm me pics of the downpipes and your zip so I can ballpark shipping costs

That would be great timing but cost more lol

All the tuners can shut the secondary O2 off and get rid of CEL. It's best to tune for a mod such as headers to maximize performance gain and correct AFR's.

If the power steering box is relocated on RHD (which I assume it is) it will not fit sorry
