Otherwise you know exactly what the stock manifolds and downpipes look like. It appears to make a huge difference to stock cars so I imagine the response would be fantastic to yours. I wouldn't worry about porting the intake or changing the rest of the exhaust or secondary cats, I personally think these would be minor improvements. But unfortunately long tubes are probably the way to go.
There are plenty of roots supercharged cars with awesome timeslips all the way up to professional dragsters but when compared to turbos, centrifugals or even twin screws, roots are much more suited to providing massive low down torque. I am guessing that is why kleemann and hps chose the eaton unit, most people want the night/day improvement to everyday driving. Thats my view on it anyway.

Drag radials and a LSD will make a big difference getting of the line. Do you have a timeslip?

Beyond that, as far as Hardware, the LSD will give you the biggest improvement for the money ($1500-$2000). If you don't already have a TCU tune, get one so all the torque limiters are removed ($350). E55 Cams will get you 25 BHP ($300-$600) and Long Tubes should be worth 40-50hp ($3000+).

To add to this, it could be the racing technique. Could you share the technique you used when you ran your fastest run? Was dyno used, Burnout or not, ESP on or off, Transmission on C, S or M, did you hold certain RPMs at the line?

The car still has a lot of improvements to make for more power. I'm done with school Friday so I can have a little more fun with her now.
E55 cams were something I've been looking into

UPDATE!
6k miles and no problems mechanically. I've been having some tuning issues, but things are soon back to normal with some other goodies. I bought a 2.6" pulley, bigger intercooler for the plenum and here in two weeks an aem water meth kit. I can't wait to get those installed and dial in the tune. She should be a monster. I'll update as things come up.
