I personally feel the photo was probably a file photo and was a CLK430? Though I really did not notice it until it I saw the comment on the wheels not being mono blocks.

My opinion is that for a car with such low mileage, presented as stock that not having the original wheels seems odd to me. What happened to the factory monoblocks? Just strange, that's all.
The cars that resell for the highest money are generally OEM/stock. This goes for any type of car, make or model. Having judged cars in club shows for over 20 years, those types of things just stand out to me.
