Shock Replacement Advice

The CLK is my wife's car so not looking to lower the car. Lots of discussion on lowering springs and shocks but can anyone shed some light on stock shock/strut replacement?
Looks like Bilstein makes a B4 and was wondering how the B4's were?
Also, are there any other alternatives?
Thanks!

I replaced mine on the coupe @ 140,000mi
Strut Assembly B4
Bilstein W0133-1941358 x2

Shock Absorber B6
Bilstein W0133-1910746 x2

The ride feels almost the exact same

Thanks for the feedback.
Looks like the B4's would be the way to go.
But I thought there'd be a few more replies. Guessing that most folks go the lowering route rather than sticking with stock shocks?

If this was going to be my car I'd definitely go with the PSS9 kit.
But car is for my wife so looking to replace with a stock set up.

Yeah, it is probably a little too tight for a daily driving package.

I have 118K on my W208 CLK55 and it's time for shocks. I am staying OEM and probably going with SACHS. Hard to find a place with front and rears in stock....they are getting scarce.
