For those that might still be interested.

I upgraded my tire sizes from

Front: 225/40 to 235/40

Rear: 255/35 to 265/35

Tire Brand: Hankook Ventus V12 Evo2

I also installed 12mm spacers from H&R at the rear only.

As a preventative maintenance issue, I also replaced the front lower control arms.

And installed camber bolts for wheel alignment purposes

NOTE: I AM ON OEM FACTORY SUSPENSION (EURO SPEC)

Those look great! It turns out that the W211 E55 wheels are the same size and also look great on the car, for those who can't find a set of Monoblocks.

All good, no rubbing on the fronts at full lock. Rides great and firm.

Did you have to use longer wheel bolts with the 12mm spacers in the rear?

The only issue I have is with the fronts. Tires rub on full turn especially when reversing. They didn't at the beginning but they do now.

I wouldn't be able to lower the car now, unless I go back to 225/40 tires.
Front also sits higher with these tires too.

I think I might end up going back to OEM tire sizes on these wheels for the W208 as per factory specs.

MB recommend 225/40 and 255/35 on the W208
as opposed to 235/40 and 265/35 on the W210

I obviously thought doing W210 tire sizes on the W208 was a good idea, not really.

You might want to try a 3mm spacer on the front. Just might give you enough clearance to not rub.

I am considering trying a 285/35 on the rear
18x9.5 et27
fronts are 255/35 unfortunately 8.5 et37
Ain't not say that's happening I suppose haha e55 fitment

can you run a 35 rear and 25 front?

I believe people have ran 275's rear on the wheels you have

but i agree the 3mm spacer may make the difference
