BMC airfilters installed.
Well.. it looked certainly better than the K&N. Not as oily and it was perfect.
took me a week to get it from the online store.
I have about 16k miles and it turned out that the dealer din't change my filter at all. The response is better and it fits perfectly.
I am going to dyno my car tomorrow and see if there is any gain.
I have read so much about negative reviews of aftermarket filters and their performance.
Tomorrow is the show down. Let's see everyone.

Hey JLEE,
If your going to Boston Dyno, let me know. I want to see your monster as well as talk MB. I live close by and I know all those guys over there. I also want to know if BMC filters works better than K&N filters.

ok here is the deal..
I lost 4hp but got the same tq.
310whp and 331wtq.
met up with Prof.griff at the dyno shop..
was shocked by result.
Kept thinking why it happened.
Reasons:
dynoed within 24 hours of installation.
Therefore, ECU didn't have time to adapt to new conditions.
the car was loaded with heavy stuff in the trunk.. more than 100lbs.
I will drive a couple more days and going back to dyno.
Wait a bit more.. I need to set up the same environment as last time.

It's all about personal preference, isn't it?
I like my car as it is but I desire to have a unique CLK55.
Also I want more performance from my car.
