anyone ordered from formymercedes.com

Has anyone ordered anything from this company? I have emailed them over 3 weeks ago with a few questions about their products and still no response.

I ordered stuff for my car before. Jerry's really helpful.
He may have problems with his email, I've had that problem with him before.
Try give him a call, I'm sure he'll sort you out...

It is actually on my list to get done this week (phone call). I am so used to corresponding by email that I just assume that everyone else is the same way.
