Is Kleemann SC a right choice?

I am really thinking or ready to do some mods.
Which is the right choice HPS or Kleemann. Or just little tunings here and there?

It's better then the right choice, it's the best choice. Kleemann offers a complete line of tune ups for your engine. Couple that with Evosports great support and service, and you have a sure fire winner.

I think the only downside with dealing with performance Mercedes is the lack of availibility of some parts until quite long after the car has been released and the price of most things.

But seeing how the supercharger is down to $11,000 from Evosport, that's not that bad!

Neither, just get the Renntech supercharger.

No PM me for a super low price on a SC kit

We all know where the HPS or Kleenman or anything else can be found and purchased. Can we use this forum to discuss topics instead of trying to sell things to members?

I've researched the Kleemann kit, and think it is a good package. The company seems to have done their homework and the only issue I've heard of is waterpump replacement on non V-8 cars. But I won't do a big mod like SC until my warranty expires.

we dont all know were to get good work done. Thats 1 reason we have forums. Im trying to help. Not that many ppl in Southern Cali, know of any pro race teams that will quality tune their car, instead of just bolting on parts.

Perhaps you'll consider becoming a sponsor of MBWorld.

But it sucks when you're car isn't treated VIP style like Evosport does.

The reason everyone likes Evosport is because they stand behind their product.

i dont have anything against evosport. there are other options though, depending on what you want to do especially, There are many quality shops that wont do anything for public, unless your really loaded.

Oh yeah, there are a bunch. But it really helps to know that being so public, and so recognized, Evosport can still offer top notch service, and you can see it everday through posts from people such as DocStone.

I actually find that its great to have some experts talk about applications but also where to get them (even if they are the supplier).

It is wrong of you to violate the rules of the site that you joined. You know, those rules that you agreed to when you signed up?

The people who pay for this site (ie: the sponsors) are the ones that get to advertise. If you have great deals at your business, then please sponsor the site, and share them with all. It is not that expensive. One Kleemann will pay for it.

Thanks,
Brad

00 KLEEMANN CLK 430 - 02 KLEEMANN CLK55 - 88 Euro / Jap AMG 560 SEC Widebody
I have a 430 with a Kleeman SC. Drive it every day. After having the Kleemann water pump modified by the addition of a "weep hole" haven't had a single problem. System has been on for 25K + miles.

Touch the gas and you get instant thermonuclear power. Leave it alone and the system lingers silently in the background.

You should definitely consider Kleemann.

Finally I got a chance to drive W210/E55AMG + Kleemann
The owner is so ambitious to aim at W211/E55
stage-3

To fulfill the new Kleemann S/C (e-pump) advantage
some extra mods did on this W210.
(1) Custom I/C, triple the size of Kleemann I/C.
(2) Cosworth CR 9.0 pistons, afford 1.0+ boost
the only way to comete with W211/E55 stage-3, IMHO
he's running at 0.75 so far.
(3) ECU special adaption
Others.......Kleemann S8 kits + LSD

2.82 F/R is really agile for V8K models (W209/CLK55 is even larger at 3.07, LSD is a must for you)
With 315/25-20 rear tires+ LSD, I can hardly hold it start straight..... it's crazy faster than my car which is compatible to stage-2.
(and I seldom to say AMG car is fast in low gears :p)

Fast is one thing, quality win my heart actually.
new Kleemann S/C runs quiet, especially in idle, you won't bother by the noticeable S/C whining occur in AMG charger.
Good idle quality as well where AMG V8K vibrates, thanks to the MAF of NA cars.

There used to be a shop in ATL called MB Autowerks. I was down there one weekend with a friend who knows the head mechanic. They had a CLK 55 with a Kleeman blower that was absolutely incredible. They had to close down, but their website used to have pics of the 55 running quartermiles in the low 12s...it was a sick car. No matter who you buy from go with the Kleeman, the HPS system just doesnt stack up.

Can you repeat this post in English, please?

"I/C"? "LSD"? (When I read "LSD", I think "brown windowpane", "pink microdot", etc. ... lol) "MAF of NA cars"?

Thanks to Lucas.
Is there anything of term else to be explained ?

BTW,there's one issue I don't quite understand.
Kleemann removed the engine cooling fan of this W210.
Taiwan is hot & have traffic jam very often, the coolant
was testing over 100C in down town
though it cool down very well w/o the fan at speed.
