A little late to the party

My car just arrived and I'm pretty stoked. I won't be able to pick it up until they do the prep work and detail it (Wednesday or Thursday). I'll post better pics then. And yes I uploaded them to my old stomping grounds, the M3 Forum.

Thanks. Very excited. The bad news is that it's -3 degrees F and blowing snow here.So I might not be able to drive it. I think its suppose to clear up by Thursday (cross my fingers).

The car looks great. Congratualtions.
A cautious word of concern. I haven't tried "R" rated tires in sub-freezing weather for quite a while. But, the last time I did, they were traction-less. Depending on the length of your drive home, I might not drive it. If anybody has tried Corsas in winter/dry conditions and can offer advice to the contrary, I will feel educated. AS

Managed to creep home in it, 5 above zero and mostly clear roads. I posted a couple of pics in the picture thread.

Send it to Atlanta for a "Winter's Nap". I promise to take good care of it.

Congratulations on a special car and a very special Mercedes. I look forward to see some photos of it out in the sunlight... whenever you get some of that where you live.
