Anyone know the history of this car and why the price is so low, $8K less than any other BS on autotrader.

I'm wondering --- if it's fixed by MB and back to normal, outside of having a "scarred title" is there anything more to be worried about? If you could get it for say $65K???.

Its got a scratch on one of the fenders near the wheel well thats probably about 8 inches or so...Im thinking 65k should sweep the car. And the problem it had was NOT with the ecu, so honestly Im sure its fine and probably the best one to hop into if price is of a major concern. Go for it man!!!!!!

BMW 3 Series (stock)
I concur that the purchase of a black will be the perfect use of the 2009 payday - I think I'll be in the market to buy around the same time with mine...

I always wonder when I see cars with a branded title like this one if you ever get the whole story? I could be wrong but, for the relatively small difference in $ for this car I'd buy one w/o the history. Not worth the risk to me and it will ALWAYS have the title issue you'll be explaining when you go to sell it.....

This car has been discussed here b/f and if I remember correctly this dealer paid more then $65k for it so unless things get real painful for the dealer that's probably not likely......

The dealer may have to cut his losses if something doesn't happen soon.

^^^Prolly time for a no reserve auction starting @ $1. First loss is least loss on this one me thinks......
Although, this seller seems to specialize in cars with branded titles so one would think since they've done this b/f they'd know what they're doing??????
