Yes, this is in line with my experience and pretty common knowledge - discolored calipers are normal for heavy cars powerful cars that are given a good beating on a track day. I've seen numerous AMGs with this "gold modification." A check of the brakes and a changing of their fluid is essential after any track day.

Forgetting the brakes for a moment, what an impressive array of cars, Simon. They look great and kudos to you.
