You may want to be more specific in regards to your request for spoiler. Which spoiler are you speaking of?

CLK63 Black Series
List price from the dealer is over $1,600.00.

The lower rear carbon fiber piece is over $2,000.00.

Maybe the price has gone up. The USD has decreased in value.

I had heard a quote of $2,440 as the retail price of the lower carbon fiber piece and about $1,600.00 for the carbon fiber spoiler that attaches to the trunk (deck) lid.

The prices were from the local M-B parts department and it was about nine months ago.

So, maybe the pricing that you found is correct. I think it would be simple to check it out with your local dealer.
