Headers for sale
For sale: One set of custom Hennessey stainless headers which will fit all CLK 63 and CLK 63 black series.
4:1 design
Burns high velocity merge collectors
In between full length and shorties.
Front sub-frame was dropped and the headers were built while the engine was still in the frame. The tube lengths were based on Burns recommendations using their custom program (very detailed inputs such as engine stroke/displacement/CR/Etc.). The headers have been proven to make similar power as full length headers down low and provide more power in the upper rpm band.
Build cost was approximately $9,000 but my loss is your gain as I want $2,000 plus shipping for them.
I had a custom exhaust built for the current project so no longer need these.

Note these are the same headers which made over 800 RWHP.

Can you tell us if the headers fit with the stock exhaust, and what the approx hp gain would be with a Weistec tune. Any problems? Easy install? Driving impressions? How do they sound? Thanks!

It is not a direct bolt up but will be close. I believe the gains with the tune and headers is in excess of 50 HP.
