Coilover adjustment tool?
Hey all, another crazy question from a future BS newbie...

Did the car come with an adjustment tool for the coilovers? Ie to change the ride height. When ive installed coilovers into my other cars aftermarket, theres always a wrench like tool to use to raise or lower the car.

If the car didn't come with such a tool, does mercedes benz sell one? Or are they expecting you to goto a dealer to adjust it all?

Where you'll also probably find a wheel hanger bolt that's the wrong diameter size for the car.

There are 2 tools … one to adjust compression/rebound settings and one for adjusting the ride height. When I took delivery in 2007, both tools were in the glovebox.

Just picked up the BS and am in love!

Thanks for the info, could I coax you (or anyone) to take a photo of the alignment tools so I can see what I have? I have some bent hex tools in the back, those are probably the adjustment tools?
