For your consideration is an extremely special car, and hands down the most fun car that I have ever had the privilege to own. Only made for 1 year, and in a production run of only 349 units, the CLK63 AMG Black Series is what happens when you tell a bunch of German engineers to just go build something amazing. This is the first time the Black Series line of lunatic cars came to the United States, and it is significantly more entertaining than the already amazing standard line of AMG cars.

I also have the original books, manuals, and keys for the car. It took me 2 years to find the perfect example of this ultra rare car, because I wanted one that was clean, with ALL documentation of services since new, and with low mileage. I purchased it with 17,642 miles on the odometer, and have enjoyed every single mile since then. This car is not transportation, it is a life experience. The sounds the car makes when started, or when accelerating vigorously, are enough to make you laugh out loud. The physical presence of the wide body has people stop you at gas stations and ask what in the world it is, and the same happens at every car show I have ever taken it to. It truly is staggering, and special....and you are unlikely to ever see another one on the road. Mine is 1 of 2 in the state of Indiana, if that gives you any idea of the rarity.
In addition to how amazing these cars are from the factory, mine is unique in that it has OVER $50,000 IN UPGRADES done to it. All of them can be reversed if you want to return it to stock, but one drive in it the way it is now, and you will be hooked. The driving experience is insanity on wheels. I am only selling it because I just bought another car a little over a week ago, and now have (5) cars, and not enough space for them all. So rather than let this amazing car sit in storage, I am making it available for sale.
I welcome all inspections, as the car is FULLY SERVICED, and needs nothing. I can put you in touch with my contact at the Mercedes dealership, and they can verify that it is perfect. I just spent over $1,200 last week updating all of the belts, so everything is ready to go. Most other cars you see will need something done. Trust me, I have been there, and had low mileage examples inspected, and they came back with a laundry list of things needing attention. Not this one. It does not need a single dollar spent to update anything. I just had them look it over last week during the belt service to verify it's perfection. I did the RennTech ECU upgrade, and have been considering getting the transmission computer upgraded too, but when I set the appointment to have RennTech do it while I was in Florida, it went from a 1 day job to a 5 - 6 day job, so I could not have it done during my trip.

I am doing one final price drop on this car to $63,750 O.B.O. , even though my gut (and my wife) is telling me it is idiotic to do so. Some things have changed in my life over the last few days, and cars in general are not a priority for me anymore. But, for the vultures out there, that does not mean I will just give the car away. In short, do not even attempt to try and steal this from me for a number with a "5" as the first number. I would like this car to go to someone who appreciates it, and that person should understand what all has been put into this, not just in parts, but also the thousands upon thousands of dollars spent to make sure it has been cared for BEYOND the factory recommended maintenance schedule. So I will look at reasonable offered that look like this... $6X,XXX.

Seems like sales prices are on the rise. I would suggest keeping it because in 5 years or so you will be kicking yourself for selling and especially at a low price. Just my .02. My Black isn't going anywhere!

I agree. A few years ago they were routinely available in the high $40k range and the mid to high $50k range. Now that range is bumped up about $10k or so. But I just have too many cars, and I would rather pay off my house instead of having extra cars that I rarely have time to drive anymore (funny how being a responsible parent and member of society takes away your free time). So, sadly, I need to part ways with the best car that I have ever had the good fortune to own. The really unfortunate part is that I know within about 5 - 6 years these cars will probably be $90k - $100k cars, and I will really regret this.
