Thanks for kind words. C63 comment was priceless, made me chuckle.
It was a pretty cool experience having Doug review the car. I ran into him at the radnor hunt concours and spoke with him about reviewing my car. He was ecstatic about doing the review, so we picked a date and rest was history. As you would expect, Doug is a very nice guy and thoroughly enjoys his job...yes, reviewing cars is his full time job! Not too shabby!!

I usually don't watch auto reviews from individuals on YouTube because they're normally click bate. But I have to say Doug's reviews after watching a few are pretty good! OP, your car seems to be in fantastic condition!
I wonder if he'll be interested in reviewing a C63 Black Series? I'm in Dallas though.

Actually I did watch that video. I also had a CLK63BS before my current C63BS
. The CLK is an awesome car and I'm not hating on it at all, but the C63 is the better car.

I came back just to see if someone shared the video review, glad it was a forum member's car! He pointed out a few quirks that even I didn't know about... definitely made me miss mine. In my mind there's no doubt that it is still the king when it comes to driving experience out of any AMG street car. The quirks just make it even better! My absolute favorite part of the car is still the rear strut bar right across the trunk. It just screams "Screw you, because Racecar!" lol
