Have an extra set of these I acquired a few years ago. I planned on refinishing these and have pulled them from the shelf to start the process. However, I’m catching some grief for potentially ruining a set of these factory finished wheels.
I’m second guessing the idea and thought maybe I’d gauge interest here before deciding. Not sure exactly what I’d be willing to take for them yet, but let me know if interested.
These are used, but in very good condition. Just dropped them off at my local shop to have them spun up and checked, but I’m pretty certain they are straight and true.
I can provide pics after I pick them up.

My OE wheels were painted and the barrels in rough shape. I've thought about stripping the paint and trying to re-polish but afraid they may be scuffed the polished to make the paint stick. As much as I dislike polished/chrome wheels the polished Alcoa wheels are quintessential CLK Black Series!

no worries buddy, you’ve got a valid point. It’s why I’m willing to consider letting the spare set go to someone who might need them before I go c*ck them up. I just want to change up the look, but I have a few other crazy ideas if it’s not with these
pics attached, including the worst scuffs I could find....which I believe all can be polished out without much effort. I never mounted these after I picked them up and have been storing these on a shelf since.
Make me a serious offer.
From what I can see I have the only set for possible sale at the moment. Haven’t posted these in the main marketplace yet, but I’m already itching to just refinish them.
No secrets, someone offered me $2500 for the set. It wasn’t enough. Considering there’s a pair of fronts only that have already been refinished in black available for $2500 it seems way under what my full set is worth.
