Interesting to see the car comes with a different spoiler pictured off of the vehicle and what appears to be the old Vorsteiner bootlid lip currently installed. No mention of the stock carbon lip. Curious which tune and the extent of the exhaust mods. Regardless it looks like a very clean example and hope to see it do well.
I will be at Amelia. On Saturday our Black Series will be at Cars and Coffee at the Concours.
On Sunday I will be volunteering as a class host like I have for the last eight years.
Hopefully will see some forum members there.
If you have never gone to the Concourse you are missing one of the best automotive events in the world.
Will be there also. Bringing Porsche 718 Spyder to the Porsche Werks Reunion event Friday. Looking forward to the Cars and Coffee and Concours.
Black Series will be resting at home.
I'll be sure to say hello.

Seems like we're living in unprecedented times. Corvettes going way over sticker, houses selling way over asking, Is it pent up savings from C19 quarantine? Who knows, but it's certainly a pleasant time to interested observers.

I will be at Amelia as usual as well being that I only leave 3.5 hours away. This year for the first time I will be bringing my BS and it will be in the Amelia Cars and Coffee event. Normally I bring my 911 to partake in the Werks event. I decided to shake things up a but this year. I look forward to running into some of you there perhaps.
I’ll be watching the CLK63 Black Series prices. I’m seriously considering selling some of my collection. Being 73 years old I’m finding it harder to take care of them like I want.
Im a perfectionist when it comes to my cars. Even in an air condition garage it is getting harder and harder. So I thinking of selling my 2002 Audi TT ALMS that has 7400 miles on it. I have had it since new and has never been in the rain. It looks drives and even smells as new. Second is my CLK 63 Black Series. It now has 2100 miles on it and also has never been in the rain. I will have it at Cars and Coffee at the Concours at Amelia Island this Saturday.
WOW!!! This forum is something else. I just mentioned that I might be selling my Black Series and someone saw that called me sent me a deposit and bought it.
Boy that sure was fast. I know Mike is going to be pleased with it.

Wow, that was fast! I'm sure the new owner will be pleased with likely one of the best and surely one of the lowest mile examples out there in the whole world.
So I won’t be taking the Black Series to Amelia after all. I will still be at Cars and Coffee at the Concours at Amelia but with a Tungsten Silver 2016 Aston Martin V8Vantage GTS. Hope to see some of you there. On Sunday afternoon I will be a class host for the Ferrari 275 GT class.

I am happy to hear you were able to accomplish what you set out to do with the sale but sad I won't have a chance to see your car at Amelia. I was looking forward to not being the only BS at the event.
Either way, I hope to meet you while there and will reach out as planned.
I had a chance to look over the 8100 mile black BS today during the RM preview. The front of the car is showing a bit of age due to the current paint protection film. It is clear to see it was installed quite some time ago which lets down the car in my opinion. There is no damage, the film just looks dated and you can visibly see a line across the center of the hood based on where the film ends.
I had surgery yesterday so I won’t be at Cars and Coffee at the Concours. I will still be a class host for the Ferrari 275 class on Sunday afternoon.
Hope to see some of you there. The Black Series was picked up yesterday afternoon and is at its new home today.

Sorry to hear about your surgery Gene, I hope all is well.
A friend of a friend was the buyer of your car which further proves the “small world” statement I’m always saying.
