CLS 250 2012 Tyres
Greetings all,
Quite new here.
I have a CLS 250 2012, currently has the Pirelli Pzeros, but they have worn too quickly! Quite pathetic, cars has only done 13k on the clock.
I have been looking for alternatives, I have seen some Sport Conti 5s for them, has anyone had any joy with them?
Size:front: 255/35/19 96y
Rear: 285/30/19 98y
Also for some odd reason, the rear right tyre, seems to lose pressure over a short period of time, not sure as to the problem here, I have been advised that due to the low profile and the tyre losing tread, this could be a possible issue.

Find a smooth road, drive around 60km/hr (35mph) and see if you feel any "bumps" that would likely indicate a bent wheel. You can try to go to a dealer and they will check it out for you. Wheels usually get bent from hitting pot holes. You will have to get it fixed.

Okay, good luck with the car. Fun car to drive though and definately a head turner! I've current hit around 12k KM on my car and the summers are doing well. (Although i had them switched out for 3 months ish due to winter). Perhaps you are going REAL hard on them?

If your car has high speed low profile tires, you should not expect high mileage.
If you don't mind giving up a little performance, replace them with low profile all season tires. You can expect 50K kms out of those.

I've purchased Conti sport contact 5, so am going to give them a try. Have heard good reviews for them, plus I got them quite cheap on ebay, brand new. So can't complain!
Will let you guys know how it goes.
Are you guys still running the Pirelli? I have never been a fan of them.
I attempted to get Michelin on all four corners, but they didn't have all four matching.
