I have been scheduled for engine removal and turbochargers installation for the next week (my shop was very busy) ... Hope finally will be able to see the final results... Also I have scheduled dyno session for Jul 15'th
Sorry for the delay in my reply. I was very busy with my company stuff.. The project is about to be completed in the upcoming week. The car's engine is out for the turbo upgrade. The delay was caused by the downpipes that i decided to make my own (for the M157 turbochargers).. I made the 3d model then print with 3d printer and cast in SS. Then CNC machined them to fit nice. Full 3 inch downpipes. Will provide more pictures and dyno run after the project is complete Also i have upgraded the brakes as the rear one of our cars are joke with such power. Complete amg brake kit installed including the calipers (6 piston front and 4 piston rear).

Awesome!!!
Can't wait to see the result.
btw, who will be tuning your ECU for those M157 Turbo ??
The car is prepared for the ECU tuning at the end of this week. The exhaust and turbochargers are installed and all fitted great. I can confirm that the turbochargers are direct swap with no additional or any other parts needed except the gaskets and o-rings (it's recommended to use new when changing or repairing turbocharger)
Will post dyno and photos of the exhaust and downpipes installation. Will keep you informed. Thank you!

I have good news. The car was completed today and run 680hp on 91gas and 700+ on 93. I can tell you that this is a true beast. It's noting compared to the stock turbos.. Will prepare all the details tomorrow when i have more time including the dyno run and will let you all know more detail

Yes. It was measured with DE 10% so the car is making 600 whp+ 100-250km/h 13 sec The difficult part is the ECU map as it has to be custom made (it's not a generic map that can be used) Also the gearbox need sometime to adapt on that power level.

Those are great numbers...look forward to the dyno sheet!!
This is awesome! You aren't using meth injection either right? Do you know what boost you were making before at peak and how much you are now? I'm sure doing the 3inch took a tad away (boost wise) being less restrictive but mad up for it in power and heat disapation! Great job!
Is the IC on 278 connected to the main engine coolant then? Did you seperate it and with what part numbers. Is this the same mod as the early m157 or slightly different?

Hello, yes the stock setup IC is connected to the main engine coolant. I have separated it and add additional radiator as well as CWA100.2 IC pump.
UPDATE: As i made all upgrades the car stock fuel pumps inside the tank are not delivering enough fuel after 4k rpm. So i have new AMG pumps ordered and will let you know the result after the car is fully complete. just to illustrate what power we are talking about. At 3750prm car has 650hp.. crank. So the power is very strong from the lower rpm up to redline.

Thats very impressive!!!!!!!!!!
Not enough fuel after 4K ? where did you read it ? from the log ?
Which AMG fuel pump did you order ? would you share the part # ?
This is what i found 218-470-04-94 ?
Also, for this mod, does it really necessary to have a separate IC system like your ? Or stock IC will be fine ?

Hello, yes not only from the log but if you hold the gas pedal for more than 10 sek it will cut the power as fuel is not enough. So the pumps needed are: FUEL PUMP 2184700494 and 2184700594 (both pumps in the fuel tank need to be replaced)
Stock IC system will also work but the separated system will work much better (also prevent heat soak under hard accelerations)

I will follow your steps very soon in few weeks.
Just hoping those fuel pump can be just bolted on without any modification.
