CLS550 vs Tesla for 25K commute/yr

CLS550 vs Tesla for 25K commute/yr
My lease for my GLK is up, and I'm looking into either purchasing a fully loaded CPO 2013 CLS550 (with around 12K miles, purchase price ~$48K) vs a Tesla model S P60 with some upgraded features (purchase price mid $70s after 10K rebate).
The CLS is cheaper, but with the distance I commute (25K/year), the gas will make the monthly difference only slightly cheaper. Of note, there's not that much car pool access on my commute for the electric car benefit.
Two questions:
1) Do other MB owners with smaller/sports car drive this much? Comfortable?
2) My GLK lease needs new tires, brakes, and has a small dent in the bumper. If I don't buy/lease a new MB, does MB normally charge for this?
