The Mods deleted my thread on OE Tuning and they still haven't returned my money.
I've moved on. But they deleted the entire thread? I'm sure they will delete this one. I posted legit docs...then they deleted them?....they allow them to post personal information about me? Please PM me on what this forum is? Why not just have O.E Tuning ban me? Is this what this forum is....run by a bunch of vendors and not by the guys that work on their cars? We have emailed you repeatedly with instructions to request an RMA number and return form so you can return your product. This is procedure so you can return product correctly for a full refund.

By the way, your purchase was $1296 with shipping cost added and not $1400, stop making stuff up.

O.E. Tuning is charging me a 20% restocking fee for the entire purchase. This is for a tune that I never received, installed or used.
I paid $200.00 for the "My Genius" OBDII interface and returned that to them. What's the "Restocking Fee" for my map that cost $1,195.00 plus tax that went into their recycle bin?
Did they have to do a bunch of work to restock that? They are a *******g joke. The latest was they said I had to fill their RMA form and pay for return shipping.....they got everything they sent me on the 28th last month.

After some digging around in an attempt to get to the bottom of this, we have found a returned box in a female name (not Gary Gxxxxxx, your name) with that tracking number you provided. No RMA paperwork, invoice in your name etc, was with contents to identify the return sender. This is the reason we request RMA forms to be with all returns, so refunds can processed in a timely manner.
Not all of the complete packaging was with this particular return.
You will be notified of your refund by email once processed.
Still haven't seen any refund from these guys. Best defend the shield. At least Chase Manhattan Bank has lawyers in their fraud department on it

We do not remove content upon request by our sponsors unless it appears that the dispute is embellished well beyond the facts or fabricated, I'm not implying either in your case. In one of your posts you lamented your thread was a mess and we might as well delete it, which I did. My error if that was not the case and I apologize.
This is a commercial dispute best handled by direct communication with the vendor or through a legal representative. Good luck!
