Do you keep your adaptive high beam assist on?

Title says it all. In other words, do you keep your high beam/signal lever pushed back, and then have the high beam logo with the A in the dash always on? Wondering because I haven't kept it like this but after looking at a youtube video I feel as if I should always keep it on.

I always keep mine on and have been pleasantly surprised by how they always turn on and off at the right times.

see I’m the opposite, I wish it would turn on more especially on my street that I live on there’s a lot of deer and no lights and they have come on but not when I really want them too so I usually just do it manually

Yeah always leave it on. It’s a little too sensitive to reflections from signs etc and can takes longer than I’d like to come back on but I’m used to it now so it doesn’t bother me.

are mine malfunctioning???? Because mine do not come on right away and there’s no lights for a good 1.5 miles and I’m talking a coin flip if they turn off or on

They can be fooled by anything reflective, like road signs, road markers or bright lights.

it must be that there are a few road signs there are 3 or four signs down the road for the mph change, I tested them again and they didn’t come on I’m guessing it’s the signs

Cool feature to leave on, but the only reason I keep it off is because when I want to flash my high beams multiple times it won't allow me to do so.

Yeah, you have to pull it forward an extra click to flash if you have the auto beams turned on. The other way to do it is to turn the light control dial from auto to dipped beam when your auto high beams are on. That'll override the auto setting and allow you to flash your high beams
