Sport+, Digital HP/TQ Screen/Multibeam LED Headlight Codings Remotely

I decided to get remote services done by Mbhouse, and 2/3 were partially completed today. I ordered A mode, which is exactly the same as sport+ in the coding itself, but it just shows as A due to the instrument cluster. The second thing I ordered was digital gauges, to display the horsepower/torque numbers, oil temperature, and coolant temperature.
We spent about an hour today, and it was partially completed, the A mode just needs to be coded to start in gear 1 instead of gear 2 which will be done tomorrow, and the gauges currently do not move because the COMAND's software is older, which will be updated tomorrow to make it work. The way this is done remotely is they ship a device called OpenPort 2.0, you connect it to your OBD port, and via USB to your laptop. It is Mac friendly, and they use a program called FlexiHub, which allows them to access OpenPort remotely, which is connected to your laptop. You leave your ignition in position 2, which shows all the lights. They'll text you when to start the engine, put it into drive, etc. All you have to do is just wait for the texts, and they do all of the work. You do have to book an appointment, and I got mine the following day after receiving the device in the mail. It's a super easy process, you don't even need to be good with computers or anything.
Another thing that I added from them is coding for the multibeam LED's which they do for MUCH cheaper than guys like Vlad. They code it remotely for $300 USD (I got a discount since I've spent a lot of money with them lol). There was no way I was paying $750 CAD for the LED's to work properly, but the price I got was far less than half of that, so I'm going through with that, which will be coded in tomorrow afternoon.
Update: Due to the gauges not working, the ECU needs to be updated remotely. Therefore, they need some more time to figure out how to do this safely and remotely, and have postponed this until the weekend. I will update you all then.

My dealer did all this for free...they are looking into the multibeam activation though. I have an early build 2016 and not sure what to look for...
They coded in A mode? If your vehicle is a 2016, it's highly likely that you have the driving dynamics->Engine Data/Vehicle Data screens. Where are you located? I don't think any dealer is willing to code in the multi beams. I'm in Canada and I'm not sure if the regulations allow it yet. Somebody made a video on how to enable the multi-beams in North America using the program Vediamo.
Also an update here for my situation: A mode is not perfected yet, and the gauges do not work. This is due to my vehicle needing an ECU update, so that the numbers can be sent to the screen when I press on the throttle. I've been refunded as it's been over a month and still have both A mode (which I don't use as it's not sport+ yet), and the gauges. They said they would contact me once they have the ECU update file ready for my vehicle. I am hoping that they can code in custom numbers for the HP/TQ that reflect my tune, as even with my tune, the screen would only show stock numbers (someone made a YouTube video on this). At least I can see the oil temperature and transmission oil temperature which work.

They added carplay (without changing the faceplate in the armrest) and after that, I had all of those screens that you posted and all of the gauges work. No charge...but I am pretty close with all the guys in the service department. I am in BC. I'm trying to give them all the info for the multibeam activation so they can try it out. I just told them that the sales rep told me they would activate when legal in Canada...which he did.

Are you in the Lower Mainland? The gauges screen is cool as it displays oil temperature and transmission oil temperature. When I went for my CarPlay update (4 months after my factory warranty expired), they only updated the COMAND unit to have this working. I did not get the Driving Dynamics menu that shows engine and vehicle data.
I called/emailed all 6 dealers in the Lower Mainland about the multi beams and they were adamant that they could not code it in. The Richmond dealership's service advisor was so stingy and insisted that because my vehicle is not a 2021, it cannot work. A lot of these people that work at Mercedes are actually so clueless and just don't want to dig into the details of such matters.
Mercedes Benz Vancouver stated "We cannot alter the coding. These are factory set in Germany". North Van dealer stated "We will have to investigate this request. We'll get back to you when we have more information". Boundary dealer stated "Your vehicle has option 608 - Adaptive High Beam Assist. Regrettably, there is no ability to retrofit or update your vehicle."
Surrey on the phone stated they could not do it, Richmond as I stated earlier was a big no, and Langley did not reply.

The dealers are limited in their knowledge. I was looking for the 550, I asked one dealer if the 550 has dynamic seats, he said that CLS never comes with it, only the S class. I was at an Audi dealer once and, out of curiosity, asked about the displacement of RS7, since we were looking at A7 at that time. He said the RS7 is all motor, no turbo/supercharger, and 5.0L. That's some quite BS lol.
