issue- Side Marker bulb burned out, needs replacing.
Has anyone attempted this? I peeled back the wheel well plastic, pushed the plastic bumper out as far as I could but I can't get access to the bulb. I can barely touch the unit. I looks like I might get access from underneath, coming up from the bottom. I would have to put the car on jacks or ramps, haven't tried this yet.
As it is, there is a "bunch of stuff" that blocks getting the light casing if I attempt to get it in a traditional approach. It looks like you would get access by removing the headlamp and coming in the from the top.
This is the drivers side.

Have you tried opening lens, tape surrounding area and use plastic wedge to release forward catch. Replacement: 194 wedge base 5W bulb, part # 000000008154 (cross reference for aftermarket).

They are a real b*tch to change. Expect scraped hand or wear gloves. While you're goingto all this trouble, why not change them to clear lens LED markers. Check eBay for them.
