Lowering my CLS in Fl. Please help...

I have tried to contact several different people about lowering my car, and no one can help. I have friends at MB who have tried to trick the computer at the shop and tried to lower it. they can not seem to make it stay down. Is there anyone who can help. I am in SW FLorida, Fort Myers to be exact. Please help. Car needs your help.

I tried that too many times with no success. The grim reality IMO is that a regular StarDiag at the dealer cannot perform this task. One needs an enhanced (or designer/engineer's) version of the Star Diag software to be able to do it. Steve@MBenzNl does this kind of job but he won't come to Florida as there are too few of us here who may have a request like this...

Steve and Dean in MBenzl rocks! Since this is my family car and I don't want to lower it too low and they lower it excatly where I want and it's trouble free for a year now. Highly recommend.

Apparently not enough of us here in FL to make a trip worthwhile. There is reportedly an overwhelming interest in this kind of job but when it comes to leaving a downpayment, people "punk" out. That's why Steve is hesitant about coming down here.

Might want to consider a lowering module.

agreed. i also heard that tricking the sensors is bad for your car overtime. i am not sure if this is true. if you spent this much on a car, don't hold back on getting the lowering job done correctly.
