Noise when windows down!
Does anyone else HATE the fact that the CLS is noisy as a mother when the windows are cracked and you're doing anything over 35? The roof is noisy when it's open too!

If you can't stand the noise, I suggest you take it in.

My wife's Range Rover feels like an out of control subwoofer if the rear windows are open but not the front or the sunroof.
I won't put myself in the position of simply defending MB on this, but I do think there are some issues around aerodynamics at work here that are no different from other cars. On the rattling noises, that is clearly a quality issue and my car doesn't do this so I'd suggest taking it in - repeatedly if you have to so that the dealer knows you just aren't going to go away.

Try removing each headrest and spreading the mounting bars then reinstall. This usually solves the rattling noise.
