Got the vossen 20" wheels mounted on 245 35 20, rear 285 30 20 and going to drop using links. My question is how much of a drop to do to still have a good ride? Was thinking of going 1 1/2" is this too much or too little?

I just lowered my car yesterday with 20's on oem links. I recommned to do a 1 finger gap between the tire and fendor, I think that's about a 2 inch drop.

Thanks for the post, drop looks nice. These cars should come this low. Bmw 550 come with about a finger space drop.

Which Vossens's did you get? I have the 083's.

I went with the vossen 078 machined fronts polished dish. 20x9 front 20x10.5 rear

Can you post a pic of how it looks now? I wanted to go with the 35/30 aspects on the next tire, but some where telling me it may scrub or tire too high.

Vossen makes some damn nice rims and are good quality.

Sorry I can't post pictures yet, will have rims and drop installed on Tuesday. Was just curious how much drop so I can tell the installers how much to do.
