One week of ownership. what a great car
Is there a better looking car than this made recently? I dont think there is. This is the car you get out and everytime you have to look back and say man what a good looking ride. How many sketches were made how many models were fine tuned before the designers of this car finally said, yes, this is it.
The only thing that suprised me about the car was the GRUNT. I really dont miss the 210 E55. This might be a tick slower but my internal accelerometer can't tell the difference. One thing, I dont like is it feels like the transmission gets confused easily.
I dont find the visibility bad in the CLS because the mirrors are so big and give a good picture of whats going on. Honestly I never turn my head to look.
Getting in the back seat is not very graceful but once you have contorted yourself past the door frame its a very comfy back seat. And getting in the drivers seat is about as difficult as getting in to an SL. The easy entry feature is nice but im worried about the motors going out from so much use.

Nice nice nice. I put a convex spot mirror on each side and have great visibility now. Regarding transmission, you'll get used to it. Theres lot of gears (7) so it seems like it is shifting too much, but in reality just doing its job.

Mercedes Benz CLS 500
i had mine for more than four years now. Bought it when it first came out... All i can say is that i love it till now.. no problem with the engine at all, not so bad MPG for such a big car, and the best style Mercedes had ever designed

a beautiful car. what can i say, it's related to the W211, how can it not be great 
as a 5'10" 200 lb guy, it's not that hard to get into my friend's CLS55 back seat. such a comfy car too. head room is not bad at all. i'm always surprised when i get in.
