Maxima to Mercedes
First post..Im going to find the time to travel 80mi to go look at the below 2009 CLS550, I love what I see so far. It isnt CPO...If it was here at a local MBZ dealer I might already own it. Im coming out of a 2004 maxima so this is going to hopefully be a monumental step. I love the look of the CLS, was debating looking into a 2008 750i but im not as into it as this. Check the link...any comments besides go buy it now???

Yeah...something goes seriously wrong its thousands not hundreds...no problem, better than a payment double the size for a new one to me. From what I have read this car is pretty solid quality wise which is good to hear, id only expect to have it for 5 years and drive it till it has 90-100k.
I was looking into the 750i but it sounds like it might be a money pit with things outside of even CPO coverage with all its technology, plus its a little too big anyway. There is this one, and a silver CLS around here but the other one is a 2008...any difference besides the grille? Does anyone know if the 08 and or 09 have either a preout jack or a USB input?

2006 CLS500 - Iridium Silver w/ AMG Sportline
Four years into its life cycle, the CLS is still a stunning automobile, so exterior changes are of the microscopic sort: the deletion of two crossbars in the grille, a subtle reshaping of the lower air intakes up front, new standard wheels, and trapezoidal exhaust tips beneath a slightly revised lower rear bumper.
The most noticeable difference is the new rear lighting. All-LED taillights include arrow-shaped turn signals matching those on the restyled side-view mirrors, themselves nearly a third larger than their predecessors.
Updates inside are likewise trivial. A new three-spoke steering wheel—the CLS63 AMG gets an optional smaller, flat-bottom wheel—sits in front of new white-faced gauges, and new chestnut trim surrounds the dash.
Next-generation infotainment systems will supposedly be more intuitive and less likely to make you swerve into a tree, or want to.
Under-the-hood changes are nonexistent: We’ll still get the CLS550, with a 382-hp, 5.5-liter V-8, and the CLS63 AMG, with a monster of a 507-hp, 6.2-liter V-8. But most important, the CLS63 gets a new sport exhaust to further encourage liberation of those 507 horses. Guess we’d better get one in for evaluation.

So couple things changed ! Nothing major? I can deal with that
And how about the suspension is it airmatic or abc? Does it go bad alot is it better than the w220 its coz I'm trading my 2003 w220 fr 2008cls550
