Just wrapped cls & need advice on wheel color
Just had my cls550 wrapped in an "Matte Charcoal Metallic" and I need your advice. Keep in mind that my headlamps are out, as I am getting the housings painted black 👍.
Here's my quandary. Should I keep the trim around the windows chrome and keep chrome rims and the "fin" on my grille chrome? (I think this makes the car look a little classier BUT not quite as "custom")
OR
Should I keep the window trim and fin on grille in black and go with black wheels (or a black/grey combo (centers vs barrels)?
I think this look is cool too. Not as "classy" looking but more "custom" looking.
Thanks for your input!
Ps-I really hope the pics show up as pics and not as a link to open elsewhere. I apologize in advance if that's the case (it's my first time "inserting" pics on this forum)

IMO. Lose the chrome trim. Black trim always looks better. Chrome rims are way played out. Go with a brushed/satin face and polished lip. I like the wrap. Looks like some quality work.

With that matte charcoal you need to black the trim. Especially if you are painting the headlights...i would probably do matte black, gloss will stand out too much ..and def need to go with some matte black concaves

I think concaves would look so bad-a$$, especially a set of Forgiato Concavo's (drool), but unfortunately I don't have the cash for new wheels so I'm am just Powdercoating what I have.
I'm thinking about a color-match matte grey centers with gloss black barrels.(or vise-versa)

Ah I don't want you feeling left out! lol
Wrap looks quality! And great work de-chroming the windows - looks much slicker.
I would go for the matte grey centres/spokes and black barrells.

Car is back home with all trim in gloss black.
I think I'm going to go with a grey(same as car) centers and gloss black lip. I think the reverse of this will be too much black and it will start to look like batmans car. Lol

I can get you a 20% discount on some Zito's. They'd look hot. Same german manufacturer as Vossen, just a different brand.
Hit up automaniac@live.com and tell them Xeno sent you.
