48 volt battery problem

I've had this same error on my 2019 CLS450 over a year ago. Scared the living crap out of me because I had never had any issues with the car before. Crazy part is that the error/shutdown happened after the battery recall was done on my car. I immediately shut the car down after almost being side swiped by on coming traffic. Waited 5 minutes and restarted the car. The check engine light was on but the car ran fine. I went straight back home afterwards. I don't drive the car often since it's a weekend good weather car. So, I just ordered my battery charger this morning. I dont want anymore issues.

We have the same problem here with C200 EQBoost 48V.
It prompt fault 48v indicator; and the car would sometime "confused" as in to auto start and stop when creeping at low speed during the trafic
I guess we could expect ECU software upgrade on EQBoost system? It only has like 4.6k miles on it

Mine also same problem.but i can still drive z vehicle nicely .smtimes i got the mesage 48v batery not charging. But still z vehicle drives well
