How are they holding up?
How quickly does they stain from your jeans?
How easy has it been to keep clean and red?
How do you clean it, and how often?

Love the look, but would regret it if I ordered it and it stained bad. Appreciate any input.

I have the exclusive red pepper nappa interior it's a very sporty combo of red and black.

I don't think the red will stain anything and the leather wears like any other normal leather. I had 2 girls in the front seat no complaints or damage that I can see.

I initially wanted the quilted saddle brown but this red pepper is very sporty and I absolutely hate alcantara.

I haven't although I love this car on eBay. But it is overpriced in my opinion so I am refraining from buying it.

Iconic colors. Remind me of former German flag.

Curious how it looks in person – I've seen photos where it's looked pretty dark, and then others where it looks like a brighter red…?

in relation to your question about jean stains, I highly recommend having a ceramic coating applied to the interior. I have the edition 50 with light grey / black interior and often wear dark, raw denim and the coating has kept my seats looking brand new, whereas the saddle brown seats in my GLE, that have not been coated, have very visible blue transfer from the denim on them

I use a leather cleaner/conditioner on my seats at least 1x month to keep the leather clean and supple to reduce wear. I use Chemical Guys, but any good product works. I always garage the car, and when I park in the sun, I always use my windshield screen to keep the sun off of the leather. With nearly 13K miles, my red pepper interior looks like new.

33k miles and no issues, I use a fancy leather conditioner and cleaner:
Amazon Amazon

I don't have any staining, and it looks brand new,

The only concern I have is the getting in/out on the left bolster takes a fair bit of abuse and may see a fair bit of wear. On an older AMG I did have to have to re-upholstered at 80k miles, so a long way off right now.

Cheers
Grant

I have this red, not sure if it’s the same red. No staining. Only complaint is these seats have a very slippery feeling. Maybe mine were coated by previous owner?????
