Best new years gift ever. It's been ready for about week but the weather wouldn't cooperate. Drove it about 20 miles so far, what a machine.
I didn't realize when you opt for interior carbon option, the centre console bezel automatically becomes silver... and I hate the silver. All the rest of the trims have black surrounds. A bit of a bummer as now I have to take interior parts off and paint them
Congrats your Car looks amazing love the color that was my 2nd choice, sorry to here about the silver in the opt for interior carbon option. I think there matt option is black if you have black seats the silver does stand out a bit let it maerinate some it may grow on ya & you could always have it painted at some point. I have yet to drive my car next week should be better weather here in the windy city. Looks like we will both have a rocking & racing car New Year use it in good health !!

I love the color. It was also my second choice too and have been going back and forth on the decision since placing my order haha. It looks stunning! I also ordered the same wheels too. However my SA ordered the Cross Spoke So we are dealing with that while we wait for my GTS to be transported.
I also preferred the Black bezel but wanted Gloss CF. I figured if I really was set on the black bezel I could probably just order the bezel from MB parts. Will see as Dr.G mentioned it does have a nice contrast in Silver too.
I went with the AMG Silver Fiberglass Exclusive interior trim just didn't want to interduce any carbon fiber to my build. I was going back & forth with this decision but every time I circled back I loved the combo of the Silver Chrome Exterior Styling so for me carbon fiber lost out I really like the combo for me it works well. But let's face it we are splitting hairs they all look good in any combonation what really counts it the ride !!
...Or we can go with something like this, I would like to be driving to go play golf I guess Im bored

Cool! Looks like we'll have some dry roads tomorrow fingers crossed... that exhaust noise is addictive!
If anybody is interested in trading for my large silver trim piece and the silver vent bezels, for your black ones, I'd be willing to pay the cost of shipping both ways... i'll just put that out there

My mesh was black via the Edition 1 but Ill bet you can remove it and dip it. Here is a close up pic as requested. We plasti dipped the Star and the small AMG badge to the right but based on the angles of the horizontal bars that extend from the Star- we did a vinyl wrap on those. Hope that made sense.
Yes ok made made sense... last question, did you remove the grill to do all that? Or right on place
