S600 dead
This is wrong thread, and the s600 thread isn't to active. I have a Benz s600 and haven't driven it for about 5 months and its been sitting in the garage. The key fob has power, but the car itself wont respond to anything. Its saving the reserve battery so the car will be able to start. I've tried the emergency key and inserted it into the car, but when I put the key in and try to open the door it won't open for whatever reason. Wondering if anybody has some tips.

I called up Benz support and asked them what was up. He told me to put the emergency key in the driver door and turn it counter clockwise and keep pulling on the handle until it opened. He said the door needed to release pressure or something, that's how I got it open. It took a few pulls and opened up easy. The s600 has that suction type of door and that's why I think he said it needs to release pressure.
