Going 10mm or less will have more axel hub protrude out to support the H&R hub ring so that it wont snap.

First question would be the torque you put on the lugs

Also for the masses, different cars have different hub snouts so while H&R makes a universal benz spacer it wont always work on certain cars. Case in point: On my C63S the 10mm H&R spacer does not sit flush on the hub because of the snout length on the coupe. The only ones I was able to source was 15mm and a greater so the OEM hub sat inside the spacer center housing. I run 10mm spacers on my Black Series with no issues so its about the car

Of course I ordered 15mm longer kug bolts to match the rear spacers. And now that Ill get 10mm for the front, i decide to check if I could use the same bolts. So I screwed in a bolt from my rear into my front with no spacer, assuming 15mm protrusion out the back. I free-hand rotated the wheel with it straight, turned all left and turned all right. No issues. Apparently lots of room for lug bolts.
So this means I can run the same bolts all around even with different spacers.
How on earth are you guys running nubcentric 10mm spacers on the front?? My hub protrudes 12.6mm, so by my math it should be sticking through the spacer by almost 3mm. H&R claims a max hub depth of 9mm for the spacer.
Did you guys grind your hubs?
I can see why Turbo Tonys 12mm spacer failed- the hub is longer than the spacer is thick, so it would have popped when the kugs were torqued.
I found this pic online

Then you can stick a long pick into the hub and feel whats interfearing or how deep. Usually theres alot of free room on fronts and less on rear, with internal park brake its very little
However, My GTS has black bolts which look a bit different and thats my only hangup. I believe the factory lugs are 17mm long correct? last time I ordered 25mm spacers I had to order 45mm lugs...
any help would be appreciated..
Thanks!

I'm going with the H&R spacers 10mm f and 15mm rear. Can anyone provide a link or pn# to the bolts that actually fit with 0 issues?
Thank you in advance!!
The hubs on our cars are 12.6mm or so long. I have no idea how anyone can run a spacer smaller than 15mm succesfully, unless it does not have a hubcentric design, or it is really thin to allow the hub to protrude through.
I think the 10mm spacers (and 12) appear problematic.
The stock lug bolts are 2 piece fancy things. You wont find long versions of these, I bet, but the lug bolts for a C63 from H&R, for instance, work fine.
