Is it me or The GTS tires
is it me or does the GTS tires tend to slide a lot? It almost always happens when I accelerate on Sports + and sometimes on Comfort and Sports...

The OEM Michelin Pilot Super Sports are the best non-R compound street tire available. You will get much worse performance switching to regular PZeros.
If you don't drive your car a lot or in bad weather and want better performance, you can try the Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 or Pirelli Trofeo. These tires will only last around ~5000 miles but are much stickier.

What tire pressures are you running? Take a look at the sign inside the gas filling door (not the door jamb). Try those figures and see if you get better adhesion. Over inflated tires can make a car more skittish. Changing tire pressure is an inexpensive way to better car control. For instance, in racing if a car is pushing we'd try lowering the pressure on the front. If the car's rear was coming around too fast we'd lower the rears. Of course there are many ways to alter a car's suspension feel, but sometimes the easy one is overlooked.

I probably have mine way too low but force of habit. I have mine at 33/35 cold on the GTS.
On my Porsche, the recommended cold pressure was 31/33.

I think that is just fine. You can go even lower. If I remember correctly the sticker on the gas door says 31 front and 33 rear cold. That also says, if I'm not mistaken that it is suitable for speeds less than 150 mph! And I believe there is also some notation about the weight inside the car. But none of us is hauling heavy items and at the most we have two people which falls under the weight limit if I'm not mistaken. Unfortunately I am in India now and have been so for four weeks so my memory isn't too clear on the details of the tire pressure advisory in the gas filler door.

I just checked the suggested pressures and they are 31 front and 32 rear cold. Works for me. If I were going to get it on a race track I'd give it some more air...but no need on freeways and city streets.

Oh no. I've been using the door jam pressures. When I got the car it was way overinflated 40 something, causing the car to ride like **** and bounce around. I lowered it to 36/39 and it was so much better. I can't wait to go lower now.

I don't think there's anything wrong with running the higher tire pressures on the doorjamb – it just means that you can go faster or maybe carry a little more weight in the car. I'm not an expert, but it seems like the more sidewall you have (Within manufacture guidance), the better your tires will handle in a cornering situation since you have something to roll onto! If you're trying to get off the line quicker then maybe you want more contact area, and could go with the lower pressure choice.
