Just got back from a tune with Eurocharge in Austin
Eurocharged just opened a new shop in Round Rock, TX.
Great shop and great techs, Dave and Adam. Straight car guys...
Jerry, their tuner, tuned my car this morning. Super nice guy and explains exactly what the tune entails.
All I can say is what a difference in drive ability and power. Tons of torque...
Now I need more traction, better tires.

Are you pleased with your results? Did they do the work in Houston?
I was impressed with Jerry's knowledge and the way he goes about his business. Very personable guy.
I'm sure your numbers are much higher than mine. How loud is your exhaust with the new down pipes?

Dyno results
Max power baseline: 484 rwh
Max torque baseline: 483 rwt
After tune:
Max power: 530 rwh
Max torque: 565 rwt
However, at 3000 rpms power is: 72 rwh and torq was a staggering 143 rwt improvement over baseline. Great mid range drivability.
The tuner said that the turbos being so small, run out of steam on the top end.
I've very happy with the results and performance. I also requested that the tune be very safe and he pulled some timing out of the top end.
I may have left some power on the table. However, I rather be safe then sorry.

I didn't have mine dynoed. Was in a hurry. They all make within 10hp of each other whether tune only or with downpipes.
~535whp/575wtq tune only

I honestly wanted the downpipes primarily for sound. The car sounds just as quiet with the exhaust valves closed. It's probably 2x as loud with the valves open.
Guys at Eurocharged were great. Had me in and out of there in ~4 hours with the tune and downpipes. Pleasure to deal with and the pricing is good also.

That is good to know. Do you know if they will be introducing a version of these pipes with high-flow cats? Is there a CEL with these non-catted version. How is the smell? Thanks!
I believe they designed them as to not have to drop the entire driveline. I went down there fully expecting to pay 8-10 hours in labor.

The whole point of a tune is to replace factory parameters and restrictions. There would be no CEL, even if you ran open exhaust right from turbo!
