Ambient Lighting
I purchased a 2016 AMG GTS yesterday. Diamond white with black interior and matte carbon fiber trim.
First of all I am absolutely blown away by this vehicle so far! It has a different look/feel to it than anything else i've driven and the exhaust puts a smile on my face every time I hit the gas.
One of the options was the exclusive interior package which comes with "Nappa Exclusive leather , black dinamica roof liner and ambient lighting". I've loved the ambient lighting on my previous amg's for whatever reason and I'm pretty sure this GTS doesn't have it. Not a big deal but curious why the sticker says it has ambient lighting. Probably just a misprint? Or maybe I'm missing something.

Congrats on the purchase but this thread is worthless without pics 
Seems like we are in the same boat as I just sold my 13 CLS63 to jump into a GT.
I loved my ambient lighting in the CLS and the ability to switch colors but I was told that there is only one color in the GT-S.

Agree emericr we were duped the sticker should say dome light because that's what it is

Hi folks - I think the ambient lighting consists of two strips of a cool white'ish light projecting downwards on either side of the transmission tunnel.
I was hoping for the lighting you see in an S, E and C class, but for some reason they decided not to do this.

Do you mean the CLS? If so, then it's buried in the menu situated between the speedo and the rev counter. You access it via the buttons on the steering wheel. If you can't find it, then it might have been an optional extra on my CLS63. Not sure. Colour options from memory where neutral, solar (orange), polar (blue).
If you mean the AMG GTS, then it's one colour only I'm afraid and limited to the two strips I mentioned above.
