Whatever happened to the member of our community who had some kind of a workaround but he wanted to be paid money for it because he wanted to amortize his own costs? In the teeth of that, ronac is a breath of fresh wind.
Yeah I had to pay to get it sorted it out. Took over a month. You want answers, you'll have to pay just like I did. Wether it be paying me me or someone else. It'd be nice to recoup my investment.
I don't remember anyone here helping me get the spoiler installed.

It left me wondering how that guy must have felt when others provided the solution in the traditional internet-1.0 community way thereby circumventing his new world payments scheme?
Under the old internet-1.0 way, he could have been the hero and at least gotten that much extra for whatever it was that he had to pay, but instead, now he's just a zero.
Have anyone successfully done this? I'm literally desperate for help.

I read on the forum that something has to be done in regards to disabling the motor so it doesn't throw an error. GTR is a fantastic track car; for me faster than my Z06/7, although granted I was having to short shift it to keep it from overheating as mine was an A8. Where for me the GTR shows it’s superiority over the C7 is in the gearbox; the DCT is so efficient versus the C7. I have two friends with M7 Z06s, and even though both are probably slightly better drivers than me, I can gap them on straights if ahead, or close up on straights if close behind them due to the DCT alone. Plus the GTR is most likely underrated at 577hp tbh. Handling very similar. Everything runs nice and cool transmission and engine oil wise. I’ve recently gone to a more aggressive alignment and will be using Pagid RSC1s instead of the OEM brake pads at my next track weekend in a couple of weeks. Other than paying close attention to pad wear in order to save the rotors, and the obvious cost of tyres, it’s a simple drive to track; have fun, and then drive home type of car. Great fun.
