I originally had a build slot for later this Spring, but my dealer hopped on an opportunity to get an early build slot from another dealer who needed a 4x4 squared that my dealer had. My wife bought a G63 last year and as part of it we got to go to the AMG Driving Academy where we drove a bunch of cars including the GTR and we were hooked on it. Everything about the car just makes you want to drive it more, the sound especially. We consider it the SLS we can actually drive (we have designated our SLS BS as a garage queen). I have put .2 miles on it as it went from the dealership right to Q Car Care who is wrapping it in XPel and doing the ceramic coating. We tried to match the look of the SLS as much as possible.
We lucked out on the weather for pick up day here in Mass - was like 70 degrees. It's going to be tough finding suitable days to drive it until Spring though.
