YES. When I have the car wrapped and tint the windows, I have the door sills wrapped on every new car I buy before I mess it up.
I kick the upper part towards front getting by feet out. How do you scuff part by seat??
The picture was only aimed at showing the part as opposed to where exactly the scuffs are. You are probably right that the front part is more vulnerable and you are less likely to get scuffs close to the seat. Having said that, I would like to protect the entire piece in some fashion...
