Here are the weights on the wheels

Front: 24.4lbs 20x9.5

Rear: 27.8lbs 21x11.5

Vorsteiner currently only offers TUV in Australia but we can ship to Germany if interested

Not currently. Vorsteiner does offer TUV Australia but we can still ship them to Germany if requested. We ship worldwide!
